2. Exception for Undelivered Value within 24 Hours

However, we recognize exceptional circumstances. If you perform a transaction on the BillPe Platform, and your card or bank account is charged while the corresponding value is not delivered within 24 hours of completing the transaction, we kindly request your prompt notification. 3. Mandatory Information for Investigation

When communicating with us via email, it is imperative to include the following essential details:

Transaction value

Transaction date

Order number

Comprehensive Investigation and Timely Refund

Following receipt of your email, BillPe will initiate a comprehensive investigation into the incident. If our inquiry substantiates that a charge was imposed on your card or bank account without receiving the corresponding value, we will initiate a refund process.

5. Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email.

6. Refund Instrument

Please be advised that all refunds will be credited to the same payment instrument that was originally charged for the transaction.
